With a Flick of the Wrist – All about Carpal Injuries
Presented By: Chris Zink DVM PhD
All* = owners of dogs of all age, competitors, dog breeders, dog trainers, veterinarians, vet techs, rehab providers
The dog’s wrist, or carpus, is built like a wall of bricks (bones), held together by only a little mortar (ligaments). The bones need to move around to help the dog move, but if there is too much movement, the ligaments can get stretched and begin to fray.
In this online class, we will discuss the common carpal injuries, how to get them diagnosed, and how you can help prevent them from happening in the first place.
This class is included in Fit for Life and Fit to Be Tied Canine Fitness Memberships.
